Dempsey Challenge 2022 Support
The Dempsey Challenge was back in full swing September of 2022. Androscoggin County ARES supported the event with communications at 8 rest stop locations and a Net Control station at the Start Area. Rest stop number 8 was also the back up (alternate) Net Control station with a UHF link to the Start Area, just in case interference returned as it had in past years.
Thank you to the following operators who devoted their time and skills to this effort; KE4UCW, KU1U, N1ZRL, WA1KLI, N1OXA, KC1HBM, KB1TCD, KB1ZID, N1JD, KB1DEB, and KE6PIJ.
There are more pictures in the Gallery section of this web site. If you have pictures to share, email them to Paul@ke6pij.org for consideration and inclusion in this site!!
